I’ve read lots of self-help guides most of which make exaggerated claims based on little more that the author’s opinions disguised as fact. Imagine my delight in finding a self help book on the subject of happiness which is packed with valuable advice all based on actual evidence.
If you suffer from anxiety or low self esteem then this book is for you. It is full of practical advice that can really make a difference. The ideas are deceptively simple and they work. The book is clearly written and easy to understand, with advice that is simple although not always easy to follow.
This book really helped me put my life into a new perspective. It re-energized me, I now realise that I have probably been slightly depressed for years without even realising it. I now have a real passion for life and can’t wait for life’s next great adventure. In fact I’m already planning it. I thoroughly recommend you read this book.
